At The Baby Depot Co., we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Final Sale Items

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes any items marked as discounted, clearance, or on promotion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
